Disliked: Roosters and chickens running around in parking lot. Side door closest to the main road was broken my entire stay making it a big inconvenience due to location of room. It was also a safety hazard. The door still has not been fixed to this day. The walls are thin including the ceiling. You can hear your neighbor’s conversations (very well). You can also hear people stomping in their rooms above you. Of course, it’s a non-smoking facility but people smoke in there rooms and you can smell it through the walls and bathroom.

Liked: Room was clean and the bed was nice. Everything in the room worked well.
Disliked: Complementary water and coffee would be a nice touch. There was a hole in the bathroom door. I let staff know and they were unbothered. The bedframe was awful.
