Great stopover point!

Liked: Location. We used this as a stopover from Knoxville to Detroit! Lots of great restaurants, gas stations and right off the freeway

Liked: Very friendly and professional front desk. No frills hotel with everything you need at a great price. Room and halls were very clean

Liked: What really stood out to me with this hotel compared to many other hotels that I've stayed with over the past several years, was the friendliness of the front desk staff. I have observed at least 4 different staff over the time that I was at the hotel, and every single one of them were very friendly, very social, very accommodating and very helpful. They made me feel like a family member. The location, room amenities, location on Miller Lane, and proximity to the airport was definitely a plus. I definitely believe this place was good value for money.
Disliked: Nothing major on this end. I know that I had a kitchenette in my room, but no utensils or pans. But I probably could have asked the front desk about this, but I wasn't staying long enough for this to be an issue.
