Disliked: No ice machine. Wretched coffee available. Not a good value for the cost. No complimentary breakfast .

Liked: The property looked to be fairly new and was very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bed was not very comfortable at all. The bed frame was not very sturdy and the mattress was very thin and dipped in the center.

Disliked: I did not like that the heat was on 68 and we only had a sheet and a very thin blanket to cover with and we could not turn the heat up! And at age 83 I could not sleep because I was cold!

Liked: For me, this was not a good value. We were in town for anWe were in town for a conference that was four days. Everything is à la carte. The bed was HORRIBLE. Very hard, no box spring, just a very thick hard mattress on a portable iron frame. Paper thin pillows. I literally had to go buy body pillows to pad the bed for comfortability although there is a nice stove, top and refrigerator. You have to pay for any dishes or pots and pans. For the price I just went to Walmart and purchased some cheap silverware and bowls that I took home with me. I had to go to the desk for everything including towels, ironing board, the room is only serviced once a week unless requested no special amenities here. My shower was probably hot for about three minutes and then it went to totally lukewarm. Even when turned all the way up, it was still lukewarm. Thankfully it is new and still very clean. For the price I would have expected more.
Disliked: The only good thing I can say about this hotel is it was new and clean. For me personally, this was not a good day and not a good value. The photos did not match the actual room.. Not a good experience for me.
