Disliked: Elevator broken, room on 4th floor. Stayed a week. Hotel smells like air freshener dog throughout building! Never again

Disliked: The beds was hard. They charge you for EVERYTHING, INCLUDING TOILET PAPER. The elevators are always broken and we was on the fourth floor. The hallways and elevators stinks really bad and they smell like dogs. It’s dog hair all in the elevators and hall floors. The breaker kept blowing in the room. The wifi hardly ever work. I been here almost 3 weeks and I have not had my sheets changed yet or have I had house keeping. The staff act like they are just there for a check and not to make us as comfortable as they should.

Liked: The property is old and needs to be updated. The beds are hard as a rock. The a/c wasn’t cooling efficiently.
Disliked: The shower was spraying water from the shower head threads all over the walls and ceiling.

Disliked: Elevator did not work for the majority of stay, Housekeeping was unavailable when requested, charged different rate by various staff and not permitted a refund, requested a power cable for TV but did not arrive even after 3 weeks, clogged shower drain.
