They entered my room abruptly, assuming that my 19-year-old daughter was underage, and proceeded to yell at and harass my family and children.Their behavior was aggressive and unprofessional, causing significant distress to my family. Due to their actions, my entire family felt unsafe and had no choice but to leave the premises. Additionally, they threatened to call the police, further escalating the situation.I am deeply disappointed by this experience and expect appropriate action to be taken to address this matter. Our family deserves respectful treatment and safety during our stay.I have be overcharged and overwhelmed for my staysAfter I have been to checked out of my reservation they're are still trying to charge my credit card. Disliked: Everything was always broken including the elevators laundry machines and exterior doors

Great location and value

Liked: I liked the convenient location and the front desk lady was super friendly and awesome. I also liked the price since it is half the price of a holiday inn.
Disliked: There was weird smell in the elevator and sometimes in the room. There was also no carpet in the rooms....just laminate flooring which was fine but it gave it a strange feel. The fridge was an added bonus we could put drinks in.

Disliked: The beds was hard. They charge you for EVERYTHING, INCLUDING TOILET PAPER. The elevators are always broken and we was on the fourth floor. The hallways and elevators stinks really bad and they smell like dogs. It’s dog hair all in the elevators and hall floors. The breaker kept blowing in the room. The wifi hardly ever work. I been here almost 3 weeks and I have not had my sheets changed yet or have I had house keeping. The staff act like they are just there for a check and not to make us as comfortable as they should.
