I was very happy with the check in staff - quick. Will be staying there again next year.

Disliked: Smell. Flat pillows. Non working tv. No coffee pot

Liked: Ladies in the office were nice and friendly when handling check-in
Disliked: A lot of people coming and going all hrs even with the keycard doors, plus lost power for over five hours. Which in no way is the managements fault but no offer for flash lights or anything during the outage. I payed for ac and certain amenities that because loss of power I didn’t get.

Trash hotel! Do not stay...

Disliked: Dirty hotel, dirty room, smelt of mold, broken kitchen drawer, floors unswept, dirt in tub, roaches throughout room, rusted microwave interior. Went to address staff about my room (#323) "I have concerns about my room." and was IMMEDIATELY was told there are no refunds.

Disliked: Did not end up staying at the hotel due to it not being cleaned or anything. The room was nasty upon entry, the dresser thing was completely broken with the drawer missing, the refrigerator appeared to have mold on it, and the room walls had a film of something on them.
