Disliked: It smelled bad, Bed sheets wasnt clean and had blood stains on them, Beds are hard as a rock, No front desk you have to use a machine and some one online to check in. No soap or anything in the shower and didn't see anyone working there.

Liked: I loved that the rooms had an actual stove top range
Disliked: I did not like the self check in machine.Me and others waited for about 30-40 minutes for someone to come on the screen and help us and even after gave us keys to each others rooms and wrong room numbers.

Horrible dissatisfied and disappointed

Liked: There was no breakfast served at this hotel.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact the staff hung out in the lobby like they were guest. I hated that I couldnt get an extra towel and wash cloth. We had 3 people in my room and I had to exchange 3 towels and 3 wash cloths each day in order to receive a new set. That is very tacky. The bed was not comfortable. The bed was made out of a tin. The pillows were flat as pancakes. I had to take Tylenol everyday for aches and pains from the bed. Last but not least there was a wig that was in the parking lot of the hotel for 4 days. At no time did any staff go outside and remove it. Disgusting. Almost forgot.. Each room should already have an iron and iron board available for guest in the room. Guest should not have to request and iron and iron board. How is check-in after 3 pm but desk closes at 4 pm? unacceptable.…if a guest needs assistance after 4:00pm they are in trouble. I will never ever stay here again. I will inform the better business bureau about this horrible hotel. Unhappy and displeased…

Liked: The front desk staff made sure I was taken care of and comfortable. She wasn’t rude and made me feel welcome. It was also clean and smelled clean and it wasn’t a lot of people hanging around outside.
Disliked: I have nothing bad to say.
