Disliked: Awful stay. Staff was not kind, gave me a room that someone else was already in. When I told them acted like it was my fault. Gave me a room that fridge was broke, no blankets, felt dirty, said coffee machine was broke for weeks. I know it's a budget hotel but stay at the extended stay across the street. Way better!

Liked: Not having a smoking area because walking up to the door and ppl smoking weed outside by the door with our baby around wasnt the ideal

Liked: A lot cheaper than other nearby hotels, and still had good quality
Disliked: Booked my room after 12am and original booking read that checkout would be 11pm and not the 11am checkout. So I paid $100 for about 8hrs

Liked: It was the worst experience because of you guys you guys charge my bank account and they turn and they charge my cash app so I got charged twice so I didn't have enough money to do anything during the vacation it was the refrigerator was broken the freezer was broken all my food went bad nobody would switch my rooms because they were busy and they told me just to check out well I couldn't because obviously I had nowhere to check out too because I had no money back in and you still have nothing to show you that you charge me twice and you guys not good enough I always use booking.com and set upset with his company I need somebody to fix this problem
