It was not good at...

Liked: The hotel had roaches crawling and was very dirty. We left immediately after check in and want a refund.

Liked: Location good for what we seeing. They told us upfront that it was a basic hotel.
Disliked: The hotel provides you with a full size refrigerator, small cooking. Yet no utensils, cups, glasses ( ????). I don't know very many people that travel with utensils. Also, no hair dryer. People these days don't often bring their own hair dryer

No coffee, horrible bed and...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and present. Literally, the only thing good about this place
Disliked: The kitchenette has NOTHING in it for functionality- one small cutting board, one hand towel, and nothing else. Not a coffee pot, not a spoon, not a tiny bottle of dish soap. To have a cup of coffee, one must go to the lobby and hope the machine is stocked (it was not the weekend we were there). They do not serve any type of breakfast. We were given two towels for four people and had to make separate trips individually to get more towels, the soft -think zero support- mattress was on a metal frame. When the mattress position shifted each time a person rolled over or stood up, it revealed a very dirty frame full of crumbs and dust. This is a suite, extended stay type hotel and cleaning services are only offered once every two weeks. The floors are solid surface which is great. When I ran my damp bath towel on the bathroom floor the cleaning schedule was certainly confirmed. The floor of the elevator looked like it was on a every two week schedule as well. In a nut shell, dirty floors, no coffee and no solution, uncomfortable beds with flat pillows but friendly staff are the lasting impression of this place. We will not stay here again.

Liked: Location, rooms were nice
Disliked: Check in was supposed to be at 3, our room was not ready until 6. We were going to a concert and came to Springs from work so did not have time to change. Staff offered nothing, not really even an apology. Also, people upstairs were very loud at 5 in the morning, seemingly stomping around. Not hotels fault, however.
