Liked: Did not answer at desk or call or curesey phone set out side dial several times and never got to go to my room I am very upset and will not never go there again .
Disliked: Did not answer the phone did not get my room office desk lock up sign said repairs to call on phone on wall dial 500 I did and also set for over a hr to and never got a hold of any one very upset .an I should not be billed for that .

Liked: We didn't stay. The front desk couldn't give us a key. And said rooms had roaches

Liked: Didn't have heat the whole first two days wasn't horrible till the second night cus in my room it was probably 30 degrees roaches are very present but the heat was a deal breaker couldn't even get a refund on a single night cus the building manager pretty much hid from me so we could talk after being on the phone till 4 am
