Liked: The staff was pleasant
Disliked: It was a night I had been looking forward to with NO kids, or grandbabies! A night to myself I was more then excited but that excitement was quickly gone after I got into my room!! I ran my bathwater to have a long soak, and I realized after I was already in the tub that it had a large hole in the bottom and my hot bath was pouring out onto the floor so I ended up having to use the towels they supply with the room(2), to dry the floor cause water was everywhere! Then after I used my own clothes to dry off with I went to bed and fell asleep but that was disrupted due to the fact it started RAINING IN MY ROOM! YES water was poring out of the light fixture right at the end of my bed, and out of the kitchen light fixture as well!!! The floors and carpet where getting wet n I was afraid to turn lights on to see anything just in case I would be electrocuted so I lsyed and waited htill it was light outside so after I took videos of my room and the tub, I gathered my things and proceeded to let them no what happened and they allowed me to go use a room they had down the hall by office so I could at least blow dry my hair safely! They agreed to give my money back but now I have to go thru booking.com yo hey it instead of the hotel!! I need my money back please
