Disliked: I drove 8 hours from Alabama in a moving truck after moving all day. I called the customer service +1 (704) 854-8387 and spoke with a WoodSpring representative to advise her that my move took longer than expected and I got on the road late…she advised me that my room would be available/check in from 3pm to 2am. I asked her could she just check my reservation and she advised me that she was an after hour Representative and she couldn’t access that information. Red flag right there but anyways…I arrive at the hotel around 1130pm and the front desk is closed..in my mind, I’m asking “what hotel front desk closes? Why aren’t all hotel front desks 24 hours?” So this man appeared stating that he’s not a front desk employee but he can do check ins with reservations assuming that he’s implying that he’s not trained on selling rooms..so I advised him that I had reservation and presented the info to him and he tells me that he doesn’t see my reservation nor do they have any rooms available..long story short, I had to find another hotel. Very disappointed and disrespectful experience. And by the way it was disgustingly stinky and dirty. I’m glad things didn’t work out honestly.

Disliked: I arrived at my hotel around 10:20Pm on the 14th room had been paid. The maintenance guy told me that they were book to capacity. He then eventually found me a room he gave me the key and I walked in on a couple being intimate after being told the room was empty. He then switched rooms to another room he first check the room came back and told me it was ready to go. I then goes into the room and it was filthy dirty underwear, towels and bags of clothes all in the room. Never again will I stay at another Extended Stay no idea this is what this place was absolutely terrible!
