Upsetting

Liked: Well I liked the sink and refrigerator
Disliked: I booked a 2 queen bed and was given a single bed. Maybe because we had pets, but it was very tiny space for 2 adults and 2 pets. We were never given a 2 queen bed unless we paid extra for it. I think at least they should have waived the $80 pet fee if we didn’t get what we paid for. Second, neighbor above us kept us up mostly every night with banging noises and it sounded like they constantly were moving furniture. People outside playing loud music in the cars late at night, it bothered our dogs. Lastly, they never had a staff there most of the time! What if I lost my door card to get in?? I would not recommend thus place to anyone

Disliked: Room was dirty my socks turned into dark brown from walking from the bed to the bathroom, my sheets had make up on it and neighbor rooms were too loud. A lot of cabinets and storage and big fridge and a stove but no hair dryer and iron. Shower curtain was dirty and had streaks. The bar soup looked like it was already used. I booked a room check in for 3pm but didn’t get there till 8pm for my flight got delayed. And when I got there my room wasn’t ready. Both front desk complaining infront of me how they are understaff and how they plan to do with their staff that called in sick. While standing their for the past 20 mins waiting for my room key card to be assigned.

Disliked: No one is at the front at any times. Phone line to get help from a staff member does not work. Dirty towels in the bathroom. Hotel halls had weird smells coming from it.
