Money's worth?

Liked: Nothing. The staff was nice and pleasant.
Disliked: The cigarette stinking up the tiny gym. The room not having towels in the bathroom, and though pleasant the staff not being able to give enough for our family to have one each. The room smelt like farts, and only two pillows on queen size bed. Bugs, saying good morning to other guest in the hallway is one thing saying to bugs is a whole other thing.

A nightmare from start to...

Disliked: I made a reservation for 2 nights through Booking.com, providing all my personal information and credit card details. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that they had no rooms available. The next day, I returned and they finally had one available, which they assigned to me. However, the issue is that I was charged for 2 nights through Booking.com and 1 additional night directly by the hotel. Booking.com has not provided any response regarding my refund request, and they no longer reply to my messages. Terrible service.

Disliked: I didn't have a tv with channels to watch in room. 127 for 3 days and nights I moved rooms I got a working tv I asked. For a refund of 3 nights but never received it

Disliked: There was mold on the entire ceiling which had a extreme headache that morning.
