Horrible but staff were friendly

Liked: I love how the staff was patient with me and ny family
Disliked: I booked a month for a room . When I got there a room wasn't available so she said she would put me in a room and I would only pay for a night out of my reservation that was booked online . I changed rooms the next morning. The lady there waa mew she charged me only for a week so i didnf get my monthly discount .roaches were horrible ! I had to switch rooms again ! they were still in there but not as bad but the room also had gnats . I wanted a refund to be told I couldn't be refunded . I had to make do for me and my 2 very young kids. Back to the lady being new the room ended sooner than expected so I had to book again ! That was almost 2000. If I had the resources on had I would've packed up and went elsewhere

Liked: The room was nasty there was shit on the walls no towel the sheets had burned holes the window had a bullet hole in it the toilet wouldn’t stop running I cut the stove on and it set off the smoke alarm had to go to front desk I ask if I could change rooms cause the door wouldn’t even lock some random man walks in the room like not safe at all but to top all this off they wanted to charge me extra to change rooms like that’s crazy

Stay away!!!!!

Liked: A good location of the highway. Looks good from the appearance of the exterior.
Disliked: Got to the property and no one at the desk. Did not have the room I booked. Said all they had was a handicapped room and I accepted due to my wife is disabled. Got to the nonsmoking room on the second floor and it reeked of smoke from smoking rooms on the first floor. Rooms are in serious need of improvements.
