HORRIBLE .. I was exhausted...

Liked: I booked online. I noted that I would arrive after hours. I arrived at 0145 on 25 Jul 25. No one was at the office. There was a number/ phone to call if checking in after hours; no one answered. I called from my cellphone as well as the phone in the hotel. I tried at least 10 times… I finally left the hotel and drove 2.5 hours after having already driven 2.5 hours.. My card was charged for the stay as well. I reached on 26 July @0945 and no one has reached out to me . I have left messages but no responses!
Disliked: Answer the phone that’s in the hotel that clearly states, after hours dial 500…

It’s worth the price and...

Liked: I first called because I had a dog, I was greeted with a soft voice over the phone . I came the next day and was greeted with the biggest smile . Chelsea helped me check in my room and Tasha helped me I was missing my pillows she came right in with soft ones. I stayed for a week and needed help in my room with a/c Chelsea was cleaning Rooms this day she a multi-task person and the sweetest I just love her . I be back to see y’all next week thanks again and love the lil pond in the back it has real fishes in it .
Disliked: It wasn’t much I didn’t like. It had a lil noise but that’s okay kids out the school so I understand .
