Horrible they canceled my reservation

Liked: I was refused my room. They canceled my reservation.

Passable

Liked: No breakfast. Coffee was meh. Even GPS had a hard time getting us to the hotel. The TV was difficult to use but excellent staff was patient and fixed the problem. Room was simple and clean with plain decor. There was no blow dryer.
