Liked: Staff is always friendly,and polite great value clean rooms
Disliked: Location is not great but I recommend the stay. Very pleased

Good price good hotel

Liked: Friendly front desk staff both evening and morning. We're very helpful and kind.
Disliked: That it didn't offer some sort of breakfast food besides coffee, which was good .

Poor

Liked: Did have breakfast/ Location had a lot of trash and a lot people walking around
Disliked: It’s smell like smoke on the 3floor underneath the mattress was dirty. No extra towels or extra pillows . no iron or ironing board .

Liked: Honestly don't remember anything I liked.
Disliked: It smelled like mildew everywhere.

Liked: Unfortunately check in was bad. I had no idea that there is no receptionist after 11pm. I called the 590 number and no one picked up. I had to call through booking to see if someone could help me. After 40 mins of waiting 7 was able to get inside my room.

Good value for price.

Liked: Room was clean upon arrival. Rebecca at the front desk is very kind and helpful, as were other staff members. Large fridge and kitchenette good for extended stays. Laundry machines work (unlike other hotels in area), which was great for extended stay.
Disliked: To clarify, not perfect, but good value for price. I stayed for several weeks, but room went over 2 weeks without cleaning towards the end. I should have asked the staff to schedule a cleaning but did not. Lobby and elevator smell like wet dog for the duration of my stay (there were dogs staying there), but staff does their best to keep it clean on a daily basis.

Worst hotel room I’ve ever...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: There was a really bad odor immediately entering the hotel. The room was very uncomfortable and there was a homeless camp right as you look out the window. The room also had a bad chemical type odor. I could not even stay and ended up leaving and booking another room somewhere else.
