Spacious, Comfortable, Friendly Staff!

Liked: Ample space of the room. Kitchenette is a BIG plus!! All rooms have them btw if that is of importance to you!Great lighting, well lit space with option to control which areas. Most of the staff is friendly and greet with both eye contact & a smile!Yani, Kearston, Nathan, Tiara & Paul's(Mgr) are very nice, they try to find solutions
Disliked: Maintenance takes awhile to reach your room, I've stayed a few times, you have to keep rechecking to see when? Suggestion: improving this system by either calling the guest to give updates or estimated time of arrival, or creating a 'known' time slot to receive service. Bathroom sink and bath was filling up with water and had to wait a long time, delayed my plan.Price could stand to be a few dollars less not by much.

Liked: The front office representative was awesome.
Disliked: The bed was not put together well. When you sat at the end the head of the bed would raise up. When laying down it made a lot of noise with any little movement. Days after we stayed there, there was a mystery charge that was attempted from the hotel that was not authorized and also no contact before or after it was attempted.

Disliked: first appearance, well the parking lot was full of litter & trash, very tight/small parking spaces, wish there was more parking lot lighting or brighter lights. Upon entry the desk clerk was sitting at a table on their desktop & didn’t really say much but what can I help you with & then realized I had booked online & then was happy to help us. This places needs some TLC, fresh paint, cleaning in the elevator, cleaning of the carpets, something, it just smelled old & run down. The room, well that was a disappointment big time! Dead spiders on the floor, snot on the walls, dirty floors, bath tub drain wouldn’t stay up so tub kept filling up as shower was running, stained & raggedy looking towels, was expecting the basic essentials to be a little more than a small packet of bar soap & a little tube of shampoo. Really won’t be staying here again, glad it was just for us to be able to lay down & sleep... guess got what we paid for at the end of the night.

Liked: I didn’t like that my room was dirty and no clean washcloths, and the room had a really bad smell that made it unpleasant for me and my wife.

Very pleasant and convenient.

Liked: Love the great customer service from the staff during check in and throughout my stay
Disliked: Didn't like the smoke of cigarettes coming thru my vent

Disliked: there was a sign from management posted by elevator saying to throw yr own trash or they will fine you..

A disappointing experience

Liked: Got in the room the floor was still dirty with hair and dust and dirt . Spots on the bed had hair. Not to mention the meth head on the fourth floor, threatening to jump out the window, screaming his head off for an hour. While Austin Police Department tried to break down the door and haul them away.
