Horrible.
Liked: They didn't have anymore rooms left, even though I booked online, it was almost 10at night and I an a stroke patient. I had to deal with the reception dealing w/ a room guest that was cussing at him.
Disliked: I wasn't accommodated the room that I wanted.

Liked: Location
Disliked: There were roaches coming from walls, base boards, and shelves. When unsanitary and when asked to move to another room. That room was also not suitable for my family.

Worst place ever
Liked: Nothing. Worst hotel ive stayed at in years
Disliked: Hotel had people loitering & drinking by the doors. Whole 3rd floor smelt like weed. They had no first floor rooms....but also didn't have a operational elevator. Only had 2 towels & they were dirty. Front desk doesn't arrive until 9am so had no chance of getting towels before that. Phone in room disnt work at all, so I had to find a phone downstairs to call and see if we could get towels. It wad then that I was told they will arrive at 9am (it was currently 7am) and they would check to see if they had extras. I explained i had to leave before that and she didn't seem to care. We ended up having to use extra clean shirts we had to dry off. The bathroom door had multiple large holes it it. I was not familiar with the area but in staying 1 night out of our 7 nights I decided to leave and get a room elsewhere. You can tell people just live there permanently and treat it like a ran down apartment building. Had to fight all week to get only a portion of my money back. Between booking.com and the hotel manager it was a endless disaster. To not have functioning elevator and have 4 stories is unacceptable.
