Liked: no. i didnt like anything.t. the desk staff and manager had no hospitality training at all and asked me extremely personal questions like what I did for a living as that would determine my room assignment. when I questioned that, they eventually said the questions had to do with discounts. which was a lie as I am a federal employee and a first responder and when I told them ,the subject was dropped right away
Disliked: continunued. my room had pill packets on the floor. just randomly. I slept there because I needed to sleep and I couldn't do anything as the office closed . there was someone who moved furniture or something above me for hours. like 4 hours. I didn't sleep and had no one to complain to and as the staff made me extremely uncomfortable at check in I didn't even think I could have the situation corrected. these people have no idea how to operate a hotel that is sometimes used for extended stay. hospitality is still a thing. if you hate your job, then don't work there, but don't traumatized guests with your inappropriate behavior because you have preconceived ideas what kind of guests you think you will be. example: sometimes people are getting away from abusive I situations and deserve respect and dignity. these people were ignorant, uneducated, and wrong
