Disliked: The regional manager was very rude and unprofessional. She talks to people like they are beneath her.

I would not recommend this...

Liked: Inside of the rooms were clean.
Disliked: Hotel was overpriced for what they provide. Stairways in hotel smelled liked dog urine. Hotel cancelled my reservation after almost being there for 2 weeks because they could not place a pre- authorization hold on my card. I was not notified of this cancellation. Hotel staff is not friendly and hotel manager has a real bad attitude.
