Liked: The staff and the facilities were amazing staff couldn't have been more helpful but I did have a serious issue with whoever was staying in the apartment over top of me she was so bad that I couldn't sleep at night but she was an employee but they did finally get rid of her she was throwing things and jumping up and down and just acting totally crazy that's the only problem I had with my stay the place was amazing and maybe if I had to complain more that had done something but I don't like to get people in trouble and since she was working there I really didn't want to see her get in trouble but they took care of the problem I recommend this place it is very affordable they were very clean very comfortable and very accommodating they were always checking on me to make sure I was okay always friendly love the staff there and for the price you pay it's well worth it and I've stayed at some expensive hotels and of course the more you pay the better quality and the better staff but anytime I go back to Asheville I'll be staying at the woodspring suites 40 monta Vista cuz they're amazing

Disliked: I booked my hotel for Thursday. I knew I was leaving Atlanta Thursday night at 10pm so I would arrive around 2am Friday morning. No staff amswerevthe after hours phone to check me in I had to find another hotel cuz no one answered the after hours phone line like they are supposed to for guest who need to check in after hours. They refunded me next day ans put me in the 2nd floor n the room is just disgusting. My feet black from walking barefoot in the floor. I've stayed here before n the first floor room was much cleaner
