Very poor

Liked: Room cleaning was good.
Disliked: I was very disappointed with my stay at this motel. There was no iron box or hair dryer in the room. When I asked the front desk, they mentioned the motel only has 2 iron boxes for nearly 120 rooms, which seems unreasonable. They promised to call me once one was available, but I never received a call. On top of that, the front desk staff, especially the lady working there, was very rude and unprofessional in the way she spoke to customers. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

Liked: I liked that there was a stove so i could cook. Made some pan fry ribeye's with portabella mushrooms. My fruend really liked the mushrooms.
Disliked: The bed looked like a big fold out bed. My side had some what felt like broken springs. A little uncomfortable.

Liked: Nothing good about this place .it says it's a hotel but inreality it's a shelter.
Disliked: Not a thing fire alms going off in the middle of the nite

Disliked: “The people who stay there are not trustworthy. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay with your partner, this is not the place.”

Liked: The only thing I liked and reason I booked this specific hotel was the kitchenette feature in the rooms.
Disliked: The fact there is no kitchenware provided or utensils or any awareness from staff to aware guests that's not provided or even available for purchase. Completely defeated the purpose of my stay with my child.
