Disliked: Everything, like a prison, one entrance and 1 exit, no parking for check in, no curtains in the room, blinds don't work, no soap, no coffee in the room, they should shut this place down or don't call it a hotel! Also, 1 light in the room, no light by the bed, sink in the bathroom was falling apart. No cart to carry luggage to your room.

A very horrible hotel and...

Liked: The young black man on duty was very courteous and he tried his best to help us but could not because of the circumstances of the room. He had great customer service but that was the only good thing about the property.
Disliked: The room was the worse room I’ve ever stayed at. The shower handle was broken and the water could not turn on. After traveling more than 15 hours all I wanted was a shower and could not take one. We called the front desk and the young man came to our room and tried his best to fix the shower and somehow managed to turn the water on for us. While the water was running in the shower the tub was clogged so the water was not letting out. The room had a strong cigarette odor like someone was smoking in the room. My kid was very upset because of the smell and we could not sleep. Outside of the hotel were druggies and they were cursing and arguing. We did not feel safe. I would never stay at this hotel ever again.

Liked: Would never stay here again. We left immediately. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone and it's definitely not a place to bring children
