Liked: I booked this place a second time because of its proximity to the university and a positive first experience. It did not disappoint. The staff was flexible and able to offer us a slightly early breakfast to accommodate our schedule. The balcony in the '50s Room was lovely on a cooler evening.
Disliked: The shower was a bit small, but it did the job. Water was hot and water pressure was more than sufficient. There really is nothing to complain about that dramatically impacted our stay.

We really enjoyed the hospitality...

Liked: We were in town for my son’s orientation at Tech, so I loved that this was right across the street. The people there were so kind and welcoming. Even though we are both OU alumni, we stayed in their Tech alumni room to show love to our son’s college choice. The room was beautifully decorated. This was our first stay at a bead and breakfast and we really enjoyed the experience.
Disliked: The beds were a bit firm for us. We both like pretty soft beds.

Liked: So glad I found this Bed & Breakfast right across the street from Texas Tech. Dawn and David are so welcoming and take such good care of their guests. We went only once but they already feel like family!

Liked: It was gated and super convenient location for what we were doing!!! Staff was amazing!
Disliked: Honestly I loved it alll we will be back if for nothing else but to hang out at the pool!!

Liked: The location was perfect for events at Texas Tech University. Location also made it easy to explore the rest of the city. Breakfast was slightly different each morning, but had a few staples like scrambled eggs and a fruit bowl.
Disliked: The room was a bit cozy, but it was not a major drawback.
