Excellent hotel in a good...
Liked: The rooms were very nice and the staff were excellent. The hotel is in an excellent location on the lake and walks to Downtown Kirkland are easy. The courtesy shuttle for dinner or short trips was also excellent.
Disliked: Would have preferred early morning snacks vs. late night snacks as part of the "extras".

Disliked: The loud wedding party at night No lounge chairs on the lawn to sit and enjoy the lake Carpet in room should be replaced Wish you had a tesla charging station Hot tub or pool are needed

Beautiful hotel, great location but...
Liked: The room was very comfortable with lovely views over lake Washington. The food at the restaurants was very good.
Disliked: We felt very rushed at the restaurant (Bin on the Lake), they assumed we weren't hotel guests and gave us a bill without the option to charge to our room. We had to ask and they had to go back and re-do our bill. The hotel charged us for one night, then charged us in full at the end of our stay. They did reimburse the one night (pre-authorised) but this felt odd as most places we have stayed at before just charge the remaining balance. Seemed like odd practice and we had a lot of trouble getting through to them on the phone to check this.
