Disliked: no internet in room and room was not so clean

Not sure what I paid...

Liked: Staff were great, pub was great, had food and drinks there, which were nice and you get a discount on food and drink for staying at the hotel
Disliked: The room was filthy, I don't think the floor had been hoovered for weeks or the bathroom floor, there was no soap in the dispenser on the sink, the toothbrush holder had months of toothbrush sludge in the bottom of it, the blind in the bathroom was hanging off the windows. Balls of other people's hair in the bottom of the wardrobe and all over the sofa (the sofa was also filthy, didn't sit on it as would have been covered in all sorts). None of the ceiling lights worked in the main bedroom or the bathroom, so had to shower at night with my phone torch in the bathroom

Attic room, bright, airy, kingsize...

Liked: Does not serve breakfast.
Disliked: Non slip mat in the shower cubicle, a mat when exiting the shower

Budget

Liked: Price, let’s be honest <£100 per night in London is cheap. Bed was comfy enough.
Disliked: Bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor, generally cleaning wasn’t up to standard. Additionally there were a few maintenance issues, radiator wasn’t attached to the wall and clearly they never got round to glossing when putting the room together. All in all, you get what you pay for!
