Lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: The breakfast was very good with great choice. The hotel is set in a great location with good access to major roads.
Disliked: I loved everything.

Liked: When first looking at the outside my expectations were very high it was absolutely beautiful But the rooms were cramped not very clean , aircon as crunching all night and it kept coming back on I was freezing all night the duvet cover was too big for the duvet but the bed was quite comfortable I didn’t sleep at all

Liked: Friendly reception staff, interesting architecture, attractive gardens, plenty of parking spaces
Disliked: The noise from the nearby M25 motorway was more intrusive than expected.

Relaxed stay for our wedding...

Liked: Old world charm with a relaxed 1930s vibe. Lovely staff who were eager to help the whole time.
Disliked: It’s very close to the M25 so you can hear traffic when sitting on the patio at the rear of the property.

Lovely 2 night stay and...

Liked: Location to access chessington adventures, dinner was delicious, great breakfast and choices, and all the staff were fantastic, couldn't fault
Disliked: Room clean and comfortable but could do with a little TLC.Sound of motorway traffic a few fields away could bother some people in garden, no noise inside, and we weren't bothered outdoors.
