Woodlands Hotel & Pine Lodges

Very enjoyable, we will see...

Liked: We stayed in the hotel & were made to feel very welcome. It was clean and homely, lovely food and a sausage each morning for the dog. The hotel is in a quiet location and is a great base for exploring the Lake District.

Liked: Great getaway overall for weekend, cabin was very clean and tidy with all the facilities required. Could not fault it at all. Me and partner found it relaxing which is exactly what was needed

Disliked: Our lodge looked dreadful from the outside. Peeling paint etc. Furniture on balcony was very old. Chair collapsed totally under one of us

Liked: One of the staff, unfortunately we didn't get her name, noticed birthday cards on our bedroom window sill from outside and wrote happy birthday in chocolate sauce on my dessert plate, what a lovely touch and how observant of her.
