Liked: Staff friendly and helpful, hotel needs updating, could be cleaner , price is high considering the dated rooms.
Disliked: Cheaper rates as in a competitive hotel nearby that was newly decorated

Liked: The hotel was very comfortable and the staff in the restaurant were most helpful including the receptionist on arrival.The dinner was very good as were the pub style surrounds but the breakfast the following morning was disappointing ranging from the tasteless food to the not so friendly staff.
Disliked: It would not be nice to have cheerful breakfast staff members and be aware of their guests.

Convenient & comfortable stay

Liked: I found my stay at Woodlands Hotel clean, comfortable, and well-suited to my needs. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The leisure centre facilities were a great extra option. There was plenty of parking, and the location was very convenient for my travel plans. Overall, a very practical and pleasant stay.
