It was a One Off...

Liked: The lady at check in on Tuesday 10th June was lovely and efficient.
Disliked: Sadly it went downhill after check in. The bar staff were unhelpful and although the room was spotlessly clean it was not very comfortable. Further, the hot tap in the sink was scolding but yet the shower 1.0m away could only deliver tepid water at best. Clearly there on business with 2 others and the absolute refusal of the staff to open a tab at the bar despite offering a £1,000 float. I travel frequently and in so doing eat out a lot. The meal on the second night was appalling and the worst I have had for years. When I mentioned this to the waitress who collected the plates there was no apology - not even a blink of an eye.
