Liked: Good location, good size car park. Notification about heating and events.
Disliked: The events were just about OK if your room was somewhat sheltered from the music. Lots of peopleChatting outside the window but luckily they moved on around 10 and music finished at 12

Poor as wasn’t cheap and...
Disliked: No phone in room was told to use mobile. Dining room not available, work continuing after 5th. Felt like I was in the way they were only interested in functions and conferences.

Liked: Very dated accommodation, room was tiny, considering it was a double. Fixtures and fittings very dated, Only a half size bath.

Superb
Liked: Lovely helpful staff and very comfortable hotel in Nice setting. It is good to see that some refurbishment currently going on to update the hotel. It will look lovely when finished.

Awful - left exhausted for...
Liked: The location was good and the room was nice but absolutely freezing cold
Disliked: Couldn't find check in as hotel was in middle of huge renovation someone found me outside wandering around the scaffolding- I was never advised of the renovation by booking.com when I checked in despite saying I'd paid they charge me again it want refunded until after I had checked out the following day I asked for a receipt said the printer didn't work the room was icy cold and I rang reception twice and the said heating was off after I'd waited 30minutes because all radiators were turned off. Next morning reception had moved from scaffolding conservatory to looked like entrance hall which was filthy asked again for receipt again told would email and didn't - I asked how did I exit property as work me were in conservatory and I was scoffed at through the dining room the way you can in - well I didn't know where the dining room was so I was told turn around look it's there on the left - talk about derogatory Awful awful customer service even getting the double paid amount my colleague was scoffed at and said not our fault it's booking.com

Good
Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The bed was too hard, woke up with sore hips and back. We booked the room for the bath as we only have a shower at home but we couldn't get the water hot enough to enjoy the bath. And we had to ask a couple of times for extra coffee and sugar.
