Great place to stay for...

Liked: As much free coffee and snacks as you want though I guess you only need one coffee and snacks are all sugar stuff so not very appealing. Lovely breakfast :)

Always a good nights sleep...

Liked: Stayed here quite a lot over the years. Room's are clean, well equipped and quiet as they are away from any bars or function rooms. Breakfast has lots of options so covering all bases. Don't generally dine here as its on the doorstep to Leamington Spa which offers loads of variety.
Disliked: An unmanned or not open bar area, mind you i might have been one of the few people staying so understand in today's climate, paying staff to not attend anyone makes logical sense

Nice place, poor food

Liked: Nice place
Disliked: Food, menu was very limited on choice.Breakfast was really not great, hot food was luke warm/cold. Sausages were pretty bad, very chewy. Very little bread and toaster did not toast. Breakfast was pretty awful really.

Good for a night away.

Liked: Large comfy bed, spacious room, clean and smart. Perfect for a night away from home.
Disliked: Shower only had one big immovable head - personal irritant as how can we reach all parts of the body?

A good place for a...

Liked: Breakfast was very good, there was a good selection. The bed and room were bigger than we expected, so that was a bonus. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel, so can't comment. During our stay, all members of staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: It was very warm in the room, despite the fact that the radiator didn't appear to be on. There was a fan, but we just opened the window and it was fine. I should imagine it would be quite uncomfortable in the summer though.

Excellent as usual

Liked: We use the hotel often as it is a convenient halfway point for us when visiting family the Midlands. The hotel was very quiet due to a large event having finished that day and every one had checked out. We were greeted by a very nice lady called Patricia who was most helpful. Despite the restaurant being closed she organised dinner for us both. The bar manager, Cain was also very helpful and friendly. The food was cooked for us to order and was excellent. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Overall an excellent stay for us and we will be back in May . Well done guys!
Disliked: Everything was excellent. So no complaints to make.

Middle of the road

Liked: Choice at breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Cleanliness wasn’t up to scratch and the hotel reception was full of maintenance equipment. As it was the weekend the restaurant was closed.
