An awesome getaway at Woodland...

Liked: Its proximity to the lake is perfect. Its quiet and peaceful area. Convenient store, beerstore, ice cream shop are just around the corner. Garry was very accommodating and amazing guy. The cottage is equipped with things we needed.

It was a great stay...

Liked: We liked how close the cabins were to the beach, how helpful the staff were to us.

A cute little cabin with...

Liked: It was a great little cabin, close to the beach, ice cream parlour and 10 min drive to Wasaga beach. It was clean and had everything we needed. The AC worked great since it was a heat wave we used it frequently. We had our own private BBQ which was clean and tank full. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I could contact him via phone if needed and was around the property to assist. I would certainly stay there again. We were in cabin 6 the 1 bedroom, and I would suggest that one again as it had some shade from the big trees and my car could be parked right beside it making unloading and packing up so easy.
Disliked: My only complaint was the door of the cabin. I struggled to open/close it. They are old doors with bolt locks. I needed two hands to open the door as it took some strength to unlock it. But really that was my only complaint.

Clean, comfortable, close to beach...

Liked: Owner was very welcoming, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, there was nice running hot water, air conditioning, a large fridge, kettle, stove, very nice grounds, good parking, quiet and close to the beach. Your own Bbq included too! Everything you could need. Keep your expectations at a 2 star and how difficult it is to find a place to stay in this location, you will be very happy to visit. Clean, comfortable and has everything.
