Comfortable, lose and but just...

Liked: Wonderful large garden with fruit trees in the back. Great spot for a drink, enjoy a quiet spot or have an event.
Disliked: Property was perfectly fine.

Liked: Location was perfect for my trip, hotel very clean and comfortable but a lift would have been perfect.Food was lovely if a bit pricey. Hotel grounds were well laid out.
Disliked: Nothing really apart from lack of lift and parking wasn't brilliant.Also booking.com mucked up my son's booking and nearly left him without a bed for Saturday night.

Very comfortable stay.

Liked: We booked three rooms. The double rooms were excellent, very comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms with super shower. The twin room was not so comfortable with a continuous sound of running water and a damp wall. All reported to reception so hopefully will be sorted before the next guests.Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Be aware that if you book through booking.com that your breakfast is not included. If I use this property again I will book direct for this reason.

Hotel 9/10 Food 9/10 Bed...

Liked: Hotel was very good, especially the food !
Disliked: We stayed in Room 17 and after a great evening in the restaurant, decided to retire to our room for a well deserved rest !The single beds were about the most uncomfortable mattresses I’ve ever had to sleep on. At one point during the middle of the night, I contemplated sleeping on the floor because of the constant creaking of a rusty spring mattress. A wonderful hotel, but needs desperately to change those awful mattresses, so to make the sleeping experience much more pleasant than already exists. It’s a shame really but this would have made the experience a far better one than what we experienced !
