Disliked: I shared many disappointing issues with management.

Was very good, not sure...

Liked: Reception, Starbucks on site, lobby comfort
Disliked: Breakfast included would have made it better as this is something that we typically also look for.

Liked: The view was beautiful.
Disliked: The website leads you to believe its a clean and serene facility to stay at. However this is not the experience we had. The room was very dirty. Wallpaper, paint, bathroom, bedframe and windows were damaged and dirty. Most of the outlets in the room were damaged or didnt work. Drawers had a vinegar smell. The air-conditioning could not cool the room at all. Elevators and hallways were also dirty and damaged. Spoke with other guests at the hotel and sadly they had experienced the same.

Facility and staff were not...

Liked: The room was clean when we arrived. The tv in the room was awesome. Spa and pool looked nice, though we didn't use them.
Disliked: I would not stay here again. Housekeeping is available only when requested, and we didn't get it when we did request it. No microwave in room; no freezer in fridge; no fan in bathroom. Huge broken chunk on granite countertop leaving sharp jagged edge. Very loose pavers on front walkway - many wobbly stones. No business center. Noise in hallway was very loud in the room. Staff was not helpful when we asked for assistance. On checkout, we were not even asked how our stay was :-(

Disliked: Pool area is not shaded, both days empty glasses and cans were on the pool deck

Disliked: 2nd time staying here and it just got worse. Turn style doors to enter hotel the carpet looks so dirty and old, our room didnt get clean cuz we were only there 2 nights they told us. We had to get fresh towels at front desk, there was no TP holder cuz it looked like it broke off but nobody fixed it. Bathroom door wouldnt stay open, bathroom door had gashes in it, only 1 very small garbage can in the room. It seemed more like a motel than a hotel..not worth the money at all. Needs alot of upgrades to be charged that much money.

Disliked: The hotel has been poorly maintained and is looking tired and worn. The standard of cleanliness in some areas, especially the gym and pool area is very poor
