Liked: Large parking lot!
Disliked: The indoor pool was not usable as it was not properly heated. The hot tub is too small, it can barely fit two people. Breakfast is $20/person, which is the same as in Holiday Express which is offered for free!

Liked: Everyone was very friendly and accomodating.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned while we were out, and then even after we requested new towels, coffee mugs, the garbage removed I had to ask again.

Disliked: The pool heater was not working, when I made the reservation was told everything was working parents that couldn't watch their children. Children running back and forth in the hallways. unfortunately I wont be back.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The hotel was old and run down. The pictures online did not reflect the property as it looks today. Our room on the 5th floor was very small for a family of 4. It smelled really really old and musty, the beds were torn, the carpets were old and worn down, the microwave needed replacing, the tv remote was old and not functioning for the tv guide and the towels and sheet were not clean/not smelled clean. The pool heater was broken and therefore ice cold for the entire stay. The hot tub was tiny, dirty and not big enough for the hotel that size. It was packed with ppl and filthy. The sauna in the woman’s change area was draped in cobwebs and broken. The hotel is not 3-4 star. It’s 2 at best.
