Disliked: Key cards were not working. So staff had to let you into your room everytime. Annoying

Liked: Beautiful grounds. Friendly staff. Lovely room with balcony overlooking the grounds. Comfortable bed and peaceful. Excellent 3 course evening meal. Large portions. Good base for exploring the area.
Disliked: Breakfast had a good choice but not very warm.

Convenient location and stay over...

Liked: The Lodge was a good size for a family of five to share. It was well provisioned with a good outlook onto the golf course.
Disliked: Although not dirty, the Lodge did have a grubby feel to it, as if in need of a deep clean.

Disliked: The lodges are run down and could do with some money being put into them. Tired stained carpets

Disliked: Lack of signage within the hotel for reception
