NEVER EVER STAY HERE I...

Liked: This was the most horrible hotel. This needs to be shut down by the health department. That is going to be my call on Monday. There were cockroaches running all over the room. The bed sheets and toilet had pubic hair all over them.
Disliked: German cockroaches all over. This is so unsanitary. One bed had plastic over the mattress, other did not. BED BUGS???????cockroaches running over the floor in the bathtub on the counter. We finally got up and slept in the car. It was a rental and far cleaner than that hotel.

It can be annoying

Liked: Some of the staff are genuinely nice. The housekeeping staff mainly were the nicest. The Gentleman front desk agent and the manager were always pleasant and two of the young ladies, I think one was Gabby she is short and petite, the other has red hair, they were always pleasant, the rest were ok, if they were having issues at home or having a bad day it reflected at work.
Disliked: The room unfortunately smells like Cat, I have to spray every day, I had to deep. clean there was animal poo in the shower base and other guests didn't give respect to others they are always stomping over your head or playing loud music but they do it because they know the rules don't apply to them cause they have been here a long time. They keep say they don't get noise complaints from guests, I know they have, the fact is they stop telling them is because none of the staff will do anything except want to defend the other guests, if you have guests policies and regulations why do the only apply to certain guests. It states you are not to cause a disturbance to other guests if a guests complain then policies states the guests who is causing the disturbance is to be removed. And they are still here causing disturbance, just cause a agent claims that they can't hear, what you are hear, or they justify because the rooms don't have carpet. No one should have be disturb by people stomp at all hours of the night when they are trying to rest or any other noise
