Liked: All the staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The food was exceptional. My daughter and I visit every year here!

Liked: The staff were all wonderful
Disliked: The evening dinner seemed a little understaffed but it was bank holiday weekend, that being said they were.still had a pleasant meal as a family.

Anniversary weekend

Liked: The location was beautiful and peaceful. The staff were polite and attentive. The food was fantastic. The room and bed were amazing.
Disliked: The tv reception in the room was rubbish. The spa area was very small and there was a strong smell of sewage in the men's showers. More outdoor seating would have been nice throughout.

Great hotel, communication important

Liked: Great location and peaceful. Bar and breakfast excellent
Disliked: Very little to do and the restaurant was closed but nobody told us.

Relaxing experience and looked after...

Liked: Enjoyed EVERY aspect of our stay.Alex at front desk was exceptional and really added to a wonderful experience
Disliked: Maybe a little background music at breakfast so I wouldn’t of heard the man opposite eating in a noisy sloppy manner
