A homely hotel with plenty...

Liked: Was there for a friend's wedding down the river nearby. The view by the river was one of the reason we stayed here but we were given basement floor rooms :/. Still good I would say, could have been better. Love the free refill for water at the dining area. Had a good brief fire execution first time experience too. It's close by the blue house within walking distance
Disliked: There's plenty of room for improvements especially on the hospitality and operations. We were locked out of our room twice because of a faulty room card. And we funnily had to self service bring our luggage up using their lift from the basement floor. Perhaps hire more?

Liked: Wonderful location. Beautiful clean and modern room. Excellent restaurant on site. Lovely Decor
Disliked: Nothing, except in email communications the response time to inquires seems to happen only with the late afternoon/ evening staff.Just be prepared and don't panic if it takes a a bit to hear from themThey do respond, and are informative and helpful.

Gorgeous staycation

Liked: Beautiful interiors, beautiful location and views. Felt very special. Overall love the vibe of the hotel.
Disliked: It was a hassle to have to park off the premises. The cooked breakfast wasn’t great and we went down in the last half an hour and the staff were genuinely grumpy at us for doing so which dampened the experience. We got so hot at night and had no clue how to use the aircon. A few downfalls that could easily be improved on.
