Liked: Location
Disliked: King bed had rock hard part in middle(where two singles met) so we had to lay either side far apart. May as well have had two beds!Taps in shower make no sense, impossible to get the correct temperature.It is not possible to fill the kettle or coffee machine tank in sink due to height. Only place to fill kettle was the shower! Blanket too thin for climate - had to order a second duvet.No one answering guest services phone at 4pm after I arrived in my room- so I called the mobile phone 0468 589 598 and someone answered with “hello”. Not professional at all. The whole stay felt like a low budget hotel.The breakfast was very basic and took ages for our hot meals to arrive. The fruit at the buffet was so old and bad. Nothing seemed overly fresh. Overall the only positive part of this stay was the location.

Convenient friendly

Liked: The staff were amazing from the front counter through to the restaurant staff especially Aiden and Andrelyn smiling faces every night made my burden of spending all day at the hospital bearable thank you
Disliked: I spent over a month at the hotel while my husband was in hospital the cost made me leave early I think maybe a discount system would have been appropriate when you have long staying custermers

Disliked: I arranged a parking spot but they did not have that on file however the lady was lovely and took care of us , was also supposed to get a complimentary bottle of wine ( arranged on phone call) but that was not in the room unfortunately! Would love if there were robes too

Liked: Great location. The bed is comfortable. Beautiful place. Quiet and serene.
Disliked: The sink is too small and not practical. Day bed is so near the curtain, it is not functional.

Liked: Opposite River
Disliked: We were given the room right at the end where there was loads on traffic. The Hotel wasn’t full and yet gave us the room that was going to be loudest in the morning
