A stressful, noisy, and poorly...
Liked: The room was stylish, very clean, and part of a nicely renovated hotel. I especially appreciated the coffee station by the lobby and the amazing view from our window.
Disliked: We arrived at the hotel around 11 PM after a long and exhausting drive. The booking had been made at 6 PM the same day, and I had received confirmation, including sending a message to inform the hotel of our expected arrival time. Despite this, no staff were present to check us in.The lobby was unlocked but completely unattended. A sign at the front desk read, “We stepped away, please call.” We called multiple times with no response. We even knocked on nearby service doors, hoping to find someone—unsuccessfully. At that point, we were preparing to sleep in our truck and contacted Booking.com customer service to request a refund or help finding alternative accommodation. Eventually, someone from the hotel called us back. Surprisingly, there was no apology. The tone was casual and almost chatty, which felt inappropriate given the situation. The staff member, working from home, asked us to “try room 29 with code 5284.” The code didn’t work. It took her another 20 minutes to sort it out. During this time, she repeatedly said she couldn’t see our reservation—despite calling me by name. Frustrating and confusing, to say the least. We finally made it into the room. About ten minutes later, we heard another vehicle arrive and other guests knocking, likely going through the same chaotic check-in process we just had.The next morning, we were abruptly woken by loud drilling and knocking—renovations were clearly underway on the lower floor, something we hadn’t been informed of at any point.I had asked the staff member the night before if we could have a late check-out to compensate for the experience. She promised to follow up in the morning, but no one ever contacted us. We ended up leaving on time, disappointed but not surprised.

Budget accommodation.
Liked: The photos online looked nice. It looked like an Airbnb.
Disliked: The photos were deceiving. The hotel was a motel disguised as an Airbnb. Cleanliness was as expected of a motel, not an Airbnb unit.

Overall this was a great...
Liked: Super convenient location near glacier national park! Very easy to get in to the building and the amenities downstairs were great. Love having microwave access to reheat leftovers and the coffee machine was a huge plus. Also, filling up the water bottles was super easy at the filling station. The room was so beautiful
Disliked: Having the room right next to the outside door entrance made noise a bit higher than ideal as we could hear everyone entering, exiting, rolling their suitcases and going up and down the stairs

Very good
Liked: the hotel was lovely, modern, clean, great location
Disliked: they have two buildings on opposite sides of a busy main road. They send you the key code and number of your room to you to check in. They also tell you which building you are in. I didn't get the message because we were hiking in glacier national park (no reception) so we arrived late at night at the wrong building. The lady at the desk seemed very stressed and she wasn't very helpful. After a long day, arriving, unloading bags etc only to have to reload them and move across the street etc - it just wasn't great. maybe letting people know the building they are in with a bit more notice - im not sure? It was a little thing but when you are tired these things can irritate you.
