Liked: Credit card reader out of order. A female staff member is extremely rude and unsympathetic re my situation; and she interrupted the conversation between the male clerk and I. When I asked her to step out of the conversation, I was told to " get out of my office . . " Though I stood in the public Lobby. Very bad experience for an 85 year old African American lady that I am. Felt racist . . .

Liked: Easy to access.
Disliked: Room was small, very dated, towels were stained and very worn, sheets were old and thin. In the bathroom there was no toilet paper holder. The electrical outlets need to be replaced - plugs did not stay plugged in. There was a lot of noise from other people and the road. We were told by locals that long term guests had been displaced from the Wolf Inn in order to accommodate people coming to see the solar eclipse - information we did not verify, although we were advised by local people that this was a far from ideal place to stay.
