AVOID THIS HOTEL

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: I arrived there to check in within the check in time stated. There was no one on reception and no staff at the hotel at all. We waited but no one turned up. This meant that we couldn't be checked in. I tried calling the hotel phone numbers but got no answer. This ruined our weekend as we had to go home due to not finding alternate accommodation

Fair VFM. Good place to...

Liked: Great location and quick and easy access to local shops, parking and public transport
Disliked: TV wasn’t working. Not the end of the world but had we planned to stay in to the room longer it would have been something we raised with the staff.

Absolutely shocking treatment being left...

Liked: We travelled for 8 hours to arrive at the hotel and find it was “closed for improvements”. We only found this out after having to phone the number on the booking. They told us they had told booking.com to cancel all bookings, which obviously hadn’t happened. They told us to contact booking.com which proved impossible as they didn’t answer the phone and the app would not let me send a message. Then we saw a notice taped to the door saying they had been closed down due to fire regulations. So we spent a very stressful 2 hours racing around London trying to find a hotel with rooms available so we could attend the show we had travelled all that way for, which ultimately cost us twice as much.
Disliked: The lack of communication from the hotel and booking.com. They clearly knew they could not honour our booking and it would have saved us a lot of time, money and stress if we had been notified in advance of arriving at the property.

Avoid they don’t help you...

Liked: Hotel was closed when I got there due to refurbishment I booked in January and wasn’t told it was closed I paid on 23rd October and arrived 24th to builders. I phoned hotel who told me not our problem.Booking.com are now processing my info.
Disliked: Fact it was closed and not informed ,when I got there a builder told me closed then another guy came out who might of been a manger said not my problem book another hotel.i said I had a kid and walked off at top speed.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room was horrible - fire doors held open with Fire extinguishers, no shower, really low rent student type accommodation.
