Winthrop Beach Inn And Suites Boston Logan Airport

We were only there until 2:30AM. They did provide us a blanket.

Liked: close to the airport for a 5AM flight
Disliked: No heat!

We liked it, but won't come back until they clean up their false advertising on price and breakfast

Liked: Website advertised that breakfast was included. But it was Not Included..... they claimed due to Covid, but Covid started about 1 and a half years ago, they had time to fix their website!!!! Except for false advertising, it was a nice funky place in a nice neighborhood, especially if you liked being near a beach.

After a long drive for a family funeral, we were screwed out of staying an additional needed night.

Liked: Great location but THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST even though website said there was, and it was a big part of the reason we chose this location
Disliked: We said we might need a second night. The innkeeper said to tell the front desk in the morning and to call her anytime. We needed to stay, but there was no one at the front desk and her original text said no one would be there. We called and texted twice with no reply. In the middle of a funeral luncheon I was texted they overbooked and we had to collect our belongings. Now we will never give them our business again.
