Poor service, dirty, noisy and...

Disliked: Room was dirty, floor sandyPaid for two chairs and umbrella went outside stood in line, nothing available, went back inside to get our money back, front desk person seemed put out by the work, dragged her heels, waited longer. We then remembered we needed towels, stood in line again went through the painful process of her checking someone in even though the towels could have been quickWe gave upPaid a resort fee daily for something we couldn’t useHad to pay for parking seems ridiculous, Was led to believe breakfast was included, fine print, there is breakfast,not affiliated with the hotel for a cost. Sort of like everywhere in the world there is lodging and somewhere there is food Was noisy, children running through the hallwaysWould not recommend and would not stay there again

Disliked: This is the worst hotel. My husband and I tried this hotel we frequent Clearwater. Never ever again. Our first night we were right next to the elevator, parking garage, pool and entrance. We did get “upgraded” moved to another room but this room was so run down and there were cockroaches!!!! Worst stay ever just the worst. Totally ruined our entire vacation. We tried to stay somewhere else didn’t care about losing the money but there was nothing available last minute. Please spend the extra money to not stay here. The one elevator is going to break soon my husband can hear the ball bearings in the one down the hall. The people are so rude too. The one woman Tiffany is so rude, the people that are there they don’t say hello nothing. Terrible hotel. It’s dirty, things are broken all over, it smells terrible. There’s a door that doesn’t shut so safety isn’t great either. We can’t wait to leave. Just totally ruined our vacation.
