Disliked: Food quality. Prime rib was all gristle. Salads were expensive but very small. Waitress for dinner was not helpful... and did not want to be there.

Liked: Great location. Was able to park and walk where our event was located. Friendly staff, great room. Would recommend to anyone.
Disliked: Will be glad if I stay again that construction is complete.

I wouldn't stay there again...
Liked: Bed was fine
Disliked: Hotel construction caused huge delays in our short stay from registration, to one elevator out of three being inoperable, and the remaining two so slow that carrying luggage up and down the stairway to seventh floor was required. Impossible to enter drop off/valet area, necessitating a $10 parking fee just to dump bags across the street. Lines were too long at registration desk (two people working) to question. Sink in room didn't drain, door lock terribly feisty -- each task just to stay but overnight was a bad dream (err - reality). Starbucks coffee available, however, at the bar -- for a fee, of course.
