Disliked: It was very hot in hallways and our hotel room took a long time to cool down

Disliked: We were in a room by the staircase and kids were running up and down, so at times it was quite noisy

Liked: The room was clean, and the price was good. In room AC did not time off.
Disliked: Visible water damage in the room (several locations) the towel rack came off while hanging a towel, and the ice machine was filled with muddy chunks early every morning (as though they dump the mop bucket in the ice machine drain, which is obviously unsanitary)

Disliked: The bed mess my back up an the staff was in room when told not to disturb. The lobby was hot The front desk staff was slow an irresponsible.. I would not stay here again...

Liked: The room and facilities were clean and tidy.
Disliked: The breakfast spead was good, but no one monitored the guests, as some over indulged and left nothing for other guests. A little frustrating.
