Liked: I love the staff and the welcoming hospitality and the breakfast options. The front desk is always willing to help when we stay

Worst of my 9 day...

Liked: Convenient parking and close to highway
Disliked: My reservation was not available, facilities were worn and rough around the edges, people drinking in the parking lot, no complimentary water, etc

I was thankful there was...

Liked: It was clean. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The room needed a SERIOUS upgrade. The furniture was all chipped and broken. The bathroom ceiling looked like it had caved in. The shower head only half worked and the tub didn’t drain. The toilet seat was cracked.

Disappointed because simple thing good...

Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: Front desk was very unfriendly at checkinEmpty pillowcases left in room. Room needed new furniture and paint and upgrade.Breakfast was poor . Staff bent over and could see butt crack several times. Pancake machine didnt work and had to wait 10 min till they get this fixed. Also had to wait for coffee and eggs .
