Don't stay here.

Disliked: The placed smelled terrible. The TV picture was fuzzy on some channels. The chair for the desk was way too low.

Liked: Comfortable and clean rooms; staff were friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't the greatest; bland.

Very good

Liked: Hotel was perfectly fine. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: We arrived at the hotel around 10:30pm and despite having already pre-paid for the booking the staff told me that they almost cancelled my booking. If they had done this they would have simply pocketed my money, which was already at an up charged rate due to a concert happening in the area, and caused my wife and I to not have any place to stay at 10:30pm after a very long day. I don't understand what the point of pre-paying for the room while also choosing a location with 24/7 staff is if you cannot check-in at a later time. Aside from that place was fantastic.

Liked: The room was very spacious, it had all the amenities you could want. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The a/c unit worked beautifully, and the room temp was very comfy.
Disliked: The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The pillows were very small.

Spacious Rooms!

Liked: The room and bathroom were clean. The front desk staff and the housekeeper were extremely nice. Nice water pressure! Our room was also very spacious.
Disliked: The room had a stench. The smell was a mixture of mildew and urine. There was a nasty brown stain on the curtain. The sheet had a stain on it as well. It was a small stain on the sheet, but consciously, you are not comfortable because although the sheets looked white and clean, the stain makes you think about the other occupants that slept on that bed. I felt itchy all night. The stain in the curtain was gross. I should have taken a picture. The lights were dim. It's a shame because this establishment has a lot of potential.

People suck at being people

Liked: Cheap..
Disliked: The staff ignored me until she was ready. No nod, smile, or even a small hand gesture to tell me she'll be ready in a minute. It took fifteen to be talked to.
